“Kudos to Yellow cab and especially Isaac. I am disabled and was moving from an apartment to a motel. Isaac, my driver, arrived at exactly the time I was promised. He very kindly and carefully moved everything to his flex. He escorted me to the flex and made sure I was safe. When we arrived at the motel, he helped track down the manager and made sure I was safely settled in with all my stuff before he left. I wish more young people were like Isaac.
